We are a Team of Real Estate Industry Professionals with a mission of providing high returns to investors through the acquisition, improvement, management and growth of a portfolio of select real estate investments.

The founders of 2020 Realty Corp. established the company to pursue opportunities presented by the troubled U.S. financial and real estate markets.

By purchasing mortgages from large financial institutions at deeply discounted prices, 2020 Realty Corp. is able to work with desperate borrowers and recast these mortgages at rates and balances our grateful homeowners can afford to pay.

Our business philosophy is simple: work with the cooperative homeowner to keep them in their home.

We create a win-win-win, for the banks, the homeowner and the investors of 2020 Realty Corp. by sharing in the equity spread above the mortgage loan purchase price. In other words, we do not need to recover the full face value of the mortgage in order to make a profit since it was purchased at a sizable discount.

We work with the homeowner to craft a mutually acceptable and equitable workout.

2020 Realty Corp. treats every homeowner with dignity. Through this philosophy and business model we turn non-performing notes into performing loans which creates revenue for the LLC and funds the preferred returns to our members, all within the noble name of social responsibility.

Real Estate licensed professional since 1980, and worked exclusively in the real estate financing industry since that time.

Experience includes negotiating and underwriting loan transactions with borrowers.

Managed operations which bought and sold millions of dollars discounted, residential mortgages.

Don Headlund

Don Headlund Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all accounting functions.

Controls reporting process for company and LLC investors.

Background:

20 years experience in banking industry.

10 of those years as Chief Real Estate Lending Officer.

15 years experience as CFO and President of CSI, First Data Corp.

Education:

Occidental College BA Economics & Finance

David Fann

David Fann Chief Operating & Chief Investment Officer

Responsibilities:

Raises capital for company and LLC.

Assists in due diligence acquisitions.

Operational execution.

20 years experience founding, managing and financing 6 private and public companies.

Raised over $100 million in debt and equity financing for acquisitions and growth.

Brian White

Responsibilities:

Provides all legal documents.

Heads due diligence group for acquisitions.

Background:

9 years experience negotiating property and loan acquisitions, primary and mezzanine financing, residential and commercial leasing, restructures, and foreclosures.
